Finally..got the success. Changed the permission to "false" in attachment.php located in entry point folder.

I think your server erased Authorization header sent by browser.

same problem here...it cretes the files but still wants to have the password

What is your version of EspoCRM? Check if exist files .htaccess (in a root) and api/v1/.htaccess.
