Please wait for EspoCRM 9.0.0.There is no such problem.
Or you can test it yourself on EspoCRM 9.0.0 master.

I am using EspoCRM version 8.4.1 and encountered an issue when adjusting the width of a column in a list. When I select the column width, there are options for % and px. However, if I choose px and save it for the first time, the system automatically saves it as %. To fix the configuration and keep it as px, I need to reopen the record and change it again. This is causing extra work and seems to be a bug in the system.
