Convert images to webp and add watermar, (Espo CRM Real Estate Custom Feature)

Request for custom features for espo CRM.
I have created a Real Estate CRM using espo and I am looking for a developer to implement a custom feature.

I want for 2 fields one an Image field and the other is multiple atachment field where I upload real estate property images to convert the images to .webp and add watermark to them.
