Hello. We need someone to implement some customizations into our ESPO CRM. First we need a custom field in detail view of emails, which mus be related to cases.
By sending an email related to a case we want to choose from the email view the status of the related case after sending this email. The field should display the actual status of the related case and give the option (dropdown) to change the status. The status of the related case should change automatically after sending the email.
We will have some other modifications in the near future so we are looking for someone who could do this on demand on a regular base.
