I need some modifications to be done to our crm, it's working ok atm but we need something changed and we don't know how to do them, for example on opportunity i have created a new field named "firm name" but i can't search for that field, i know i can add it like a filter but since it's the most important search criteria we need it to be changed if possible.
Also not sure if i did the notifications ok, seems like i added it correctly in cronjobs but i don't receive the memento when i add them, not sure why.
Also i modified the "task" field and there i have to manually enter the field "firm name", is there anyway instead of typing it to be able to select it? or predictive search?
Need a quota for those modifications, if you need more details i can explain better.
