We need an EspoCRM developer to make the following customizations for us
1. Customize Kanban Board to display the full form of opportunity (custom fields) when an Opportunity is moved from one stage to another.
2. Customize Kanban Board to prevent linear movement of Opportunities across each stage (column) without filling all required fields.
3. Reporting and Analytics
a. Conversion rate per sales rep at a given time [Lead to Opportunity]
b. Conversion rate per sales rep at a given time [Opportunity to Closed Won]
c. Conversion rate per team at a given time [Lead to Opportunity]
d. Conversion rate per team at a given time [Opportunity to Closed Won]
e. Conversion rate of Team at a given time
f. Number of opportunities per sales rep per stage at a given time
g. Number of opportunities per stage for Team at a given time
h. Lead/Opportunity time or rate of closing per sales rep
i. Average time in moving a Lead from one stage to another per sales rep
j. Average time in moving a Lead from one stage to another for each team
k. Percentage of deals lost at each opportunity stage/column per sales rep
l. Percentage of deals lost at each opportunity stage/column for each team
Note - The reporting data points should be able to be filtered by dates.
We have purchased the Advanced Pack Extension.
The developer must have experience in the customization development of Espo.
