Hello,
I am looking for a developer who can create a CRM customer support feature.
The idea is, that my CRM clients could reach me easily (if they encounter a problem using CRM) by clicking one button on the top right corner and sending a pre-filled email with their message.
It would be great for me to have the ability to change the Layout of that custom email form and the pre-filled data of an email.
This feature should be built as an extension.
Please see the attachments on how it should look in the UI.
