Developer to create Drag and Drop Functionallity for Files

Hello, We are looking for a developer to create a drag and drop function to drag over outlook and Thunderbird email files.

Also to drag and drop PDFs into the software.

The drag and drops will be in the contacts and accounts part of the software.
