    VoIP and SMS issues; need skilled developer to create solution

    I am looking to hire someone to resolving two issues:

    1. An issue with the VoIP Integration involving a custom person entity that is not working with the integration. We are unable to call out from espocrm due to the custom person entity not listed in the "attendees" area of the Call entity UI, plus the UI popup. The custom person entity needs to fully function as the default "Contact" entity does.

    2. I need to be able to send SMS through a workflow/BPM based on the same custom person entity.

    I am able to provide a copy of the live production server currently in use.

    In turn, I will need the appropriate files and instructions for installation.

    During communication with me, please provide your fee in USD.

    i can help you with sms problem. We already have created sms integration which we can modify to any other sms provider which using API.
    About VOIP issue, we need to check your instance to fully understand what is wrong.

    We're working on hourly rate $40. If you want, we can prepare for you a proposal, but first we need more informations.
