I’m sorry to hear what happened to your manufacturing facilities, and it is good to know that you are preparing to relaunch the business.
We can help assess and restore the previous EspoCRM instance. We have worked with EspoCRM since 2014 and have completed many successful implementations, customizations, integrations, upgrades, and recovery projects.
The safest first step would be a short assessment of what is still available: the database, EspoCRM files, data and custom directories, backups, server access, PHP and database versions, and the previous EspoCRM version.
Before changing anything, we would create or verify recoverable copies and test the restoration in an isolated environment. We can then recommend whether the lowest-cost approach is to restore the existing system, repair and upgrade it, or rebuild only the parts that are no longer usable.
