Looking for a Russian-speaking EspoCRM Developer

Hello!

We are looking for an experienced EspoCRM developer for a long-term project.

We are building a custom CRM for a retail advertising company. The system will manage:

• customers, retail chains and stores;
• equipment, subscriptions and licenses;
• advertising clients, agencies and campaigns;
• sales and service processes;
• roles and access permissions;
• future integration with 1C Accounting and external systems.

We need someone who can not only install EspoCRM, but also design and implement custom entities, relationships, business logic and integrations.

Russian-speaking is strongly preferred. Written communication is fine; regular calls are not required.

We don’t speak Russian, so communication would need to be in English. However, if written communication with translation is acceptable, we would be happy to discuss the project.

We have worked with EspoCRM since 2014 and have successfully delivered many custom implementations, extensions, integrations, and long-term projects.

Our approach is to begin with a focused discovery phase and prepare a practical implementation plan that keeps development time and total cost as low as possible. We first evaluate the official EspoCRM features, including Sales Pack and Advanced Pack, and use custom development only where it adds real value or is necessary.
