Customization: Need to force 2FA authentication on Portal Users

Hi there,

enabling 2FA can only be forced on regular users at the moment.
However, I need "portal users" to be forced into enabling 2FA before they can access their page.
(and preferably no 2FA for regular users)


Is there anyone who can help me with that ??

we have some experience with such things.
Basically we recommend everyone to use OIDC. Thanks to that you can force on users a lot of things

This is a little too much for me... a more simple solution would be preferred - just the way I've asked for would be enough ;-)

Many of the methods that do this are marked private. Overriding with an extension is tricky (impossible?) without modifying the base Espo code.
