    Ongoing customisation work

    Howdy,

    Looking for a seasoned professional to help my business improve our ESPO installation.

    Initially, we are looking for
    • Installation of the paid report packs
    • 2-way Outlook connectivity inc ability to email via Outlook
    • Integration with our phone system (if possible) - 3cx
    • To have the stream change the modified date of the record
    • Be able to filter by next call / meeting date in search for Accounts and Contacts

    We will require ongoing help over the weeks, month and years.

    Hi Mike,

    Let's start with some free experience for you on this:
    • Installing any extensions should be doable by any user, is it more some kind of implementation of that add-on you need?
    • Outlook connectivity. Sounds like just an Admin setting.
    • I've tried to integrate with 3CX before, it just did not have all the API functionality needed. Much better is FreePBX/Sangoma. If you can consider migrating to that, time-tele.com could help you with the migration and I'm sure it would also be cheaper for you.
    • Eymen Elkum has an add-on for this: https://www.eblasoft.com.tr/espocrm-...dae-modifiedat
    • Sounds like a configuration need too.
