Hello, id like to see if someone here can help to adopt espocrm for a printing company, i think most of the espo out the box features work, it might need few touch to be fully adopted by the company, main thing right now is to have a jobticket/workorder generated and then fill, see screenshot. since i am not a developer i have no idea of this can be automated. id like to hear some proposal/quotes. send me a pm if you interested, ill share my skype or whatsapp
