I'm new to this software. I installed the software through CPanel on my webserver. I checked with my tech support there and it has all the required php, apache and mariadb settings. I did not get any errors with the installation. I was able to login through Cpanel as admin. I added the Advanced Pack extension. No errors. However, I can't add users. When I click save, after creating a new user, I cannot see the user in the list view. I also cannot click the "admin" account link - it just takes me to the login screen, where I log into a blank page. Not sure what is going on.

Perhaps check yours logs file?
Try a different browser?
Can you do anything with the CRM or nothing at all?
Is it only creating user that have an issue?
Perhaps it is also a file permission issue, see if you have the right permission.

I had to turn off modsecurity on my webserver for that domain. Now I can see the user that I have added. However, I'm still having some issues with the User area. I can edit a user and add more information. When I save, I can see the changes in the List view, but it won't show updated in the details view.Comment
