Installation Error

Hello everyone, I'm a newbie here and just trying out ESPO on one of my sub domains. Everything was going well until I hit this error and I have no clue what to do. I do not have ssh access and I'm trying to resolve the error via cpanel file manager.

Any assistance with the error appreciated.
