you see what i mean ..
ESPO says can't update because of Real Estate version
Real Estate can't update because of ESPO version
shall i uninstall the extension safely for my datas?

Make a Backup of webfolder and database first. Then you may uninstall the extension (not only uninstall, but afterwards exclude). Your data should not be affected. But in case it had been affected, you have the Backup.
Then install a newer version of espoCRM first and after that the most recent version of the extension.
