403 error on fresh install

Hello,

I just did a sucessfull installation of EspoCRM-7.1.9 on shared hosting. No errorrs, all checks were fine.
But right after installation I get a blank page (see attachement)
On refresh, I get a small window with 403 error.
Also, there is no log folder created in data.
Not sure what is happening. Please advice.

Update from my side :

The situation was generated by a .htaccess file that was one level up (CRM was installed on a subdomain sitting in public_html/crm ). The .htaccess works hierarchical.
The solution was to install CRM outside public_html/ folder
That solved the problem.
