PHP error in since version 7.1.3

Since we updated to 7.1.3 our cronjobs arent working anymore.
We get this error in the log file:

[08-May-2022 10:37:50 Europe/Amsterdam] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'Container' (T_STRING), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) or const (T_CONST) in /home/NAME/DOMAIN/application/Espo/Core/Application.php on line 51

Topic can be closes.
Cloudlinux was the cause

CLI PHP version lower than the min supported.
