Advanced pack update

Hi Team

We are on version 6.1.8 (Latest)

Advanced pack is 2.7.2 and we need to upgrade to the latest version 2.8.2

When uploading the zip file for 2.7.3 from within the extension area we do not see a prompt to install or upgrade.

We have tried various browsers.

i have just installed AdvancedPack 2.8.2 with no issue.

google chrome.
clear cache espocrm and browser ?
developper mode : see console for error

For me, you can uninstall old version.. then upload the last

Have done all of the above.

Have installed other extensions today with no issues

Did you checked logs?

Checked logs and nothings recorded. we are onto the main support team as its a paid extension
