API Error: EspoCRM API is unavailable.

Hello Team,

I am getting the error message: API Error: EspoCRM API is unavailable.

I am followed the steps as mentioned in the following link Apache - EspoCRM Documentation, but it did not fix the issue.

I am currently using Win 10, XAMP 7.3 and EspoCRM 6.1.

Could you please help me with this issue?

Got the same issue yesterday but with nginx. Cleared cache and rebuild from CLI without any success. Ended up reinstalling Espo without deleting the MySQL database.

I won't be much of helps but

What error code does it say when you 'ping' use GET on the API?
Anything in your error logs?

Have a look at your PHP Setting maybe.

I did not check the php settings, could please explain what should be done?

I guess try turning everything on/enable and perhaps changing the version. See if there any changes.
