  • customer portal not filtering kb by account

    Hi guys, i just got espo crm install on my server using turnkey, however got some questions:
    1- i set customer portal up however i am not able to assigned the Knowledge base to the customer (own account), the only option that shows is "no and all" see screenshot 1
    2-how to enable email notification for a customer portal user of case being created?
    3-sometimes in the middle of any task, a popup comes up asking to re-enter my user credentials (see screenshot 2)

    i found out that instead of knowledge base i should use documents for filtering. so discard question 1. thanks

      3 : clear cache of your browser and too try another browser.
