Issues with installation of Espo Crm

Hi

I am trying to install Espo Crm on my cloudways server. I uploaded the files & setup the directory permission as explained. However I was getting a blank page when accessing the main index.php file as well as the install folder. When I reported the issues to the hosting company, they have sent me an error log and said there is some syntax issues. Details given below. Any help will be appreciated.

What from I remember this Error usually related to old PHP version.

Please share your service configuration, specifically PHP version and extension, post that so people that can help you might be able to understand your situation more.
