I can not rebuild. I receive Error 500. Bad Response.

such problems are not so easy to be addressed, as we dont have an idea about your customizations or how you arrived to this point.
will be helpful if you provide some information like the mysql, php & espo versions.
If renamed the folder espo/Custom/Espo to something like espo/Custom/EspoCopy will rebuild?
