  • 404 on Login when url has a port number

I added a port number to the url to make it accessible with an identifiable firewall rule
I spent a lot of time debugging and that is the only configuration that it can be because see the copyright message . with a 404 .. but it does not prompt for the login
Can anyone provide guidance on a solution for a url with a port that gets a 404 error
    example https://servername:1234

Any suggestions welcome ) ... does anyone know if there are any configuration files that are hard coded on install that limit changes to URL (variable) after install

    Thanks

Can't help you much here, I do remember there is a "Port" number in the settings though, maybe that can help solve your problem. It in administration> setting

      The URL is: #Admin/settings

Under site URL, by default it look like this:
      https:///crm.com:443

Bingo ... thank you very much ... would not have found that because once you change ports etc you cannot get back to the admin console until you reset httpd.conf
