error 403 when upgrade

i,m use windows vps server with plesk

and setup espocrm in vps
my current version is 5.5.6

how can i upgrade without gui interface because i have error 403 access denied
and my hosting is windows

Not sure how to do it with Windows but with Linux you go to your terminal and type php rebuild.php https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...build-from-cli hope this helps

Hi there, from what I see Plesk is just like another Control Panel for server.

If you are going down the route of using CLI (non GUI), you don't need to worry so much about Plex. You just need to find the right IP address, your username and password to get access.
