Campaign Send Test error (Version 5.9.0)

Having upgraded to version 5.9.0 we are now getting this error when trying to send a test email on a campaign..

Any ideas?

Test email from "Administration > Outbound Emails" works fine.

You can temporarily disable VERP in Outbound Email settings .
