    CRM Advanced Pack not working after shifting on another server

    I have purchased Espo CRM advanced pack and successfully ran it on my server. But now i had to shift it to another hosting and followed all the steps copying the directories and importing the database and also i deleted the crm instance at my earlier hosting as it was mandatory but still i am not able to access the crm on my new server. Getting the 403: Forbidden Error

      Stupid idea, but have you just try to Reinstall the extension again?

      By the way, does the Extension require you to fill in any sort of License/key? It might be a domain restricted Extensions?

      Advanced Pack license can be active only on one production server. You can move your Advanced Pack license from one server to another, but it is necessary to delete it from the server you are not using anymore.

        The error might be produced by your webserver, not EspoCRM. Check webserver logs first.
