please provide more information to let us reproduce this error (e.g. on what installation step the error occurs?, etc.).

The program refuse to install at the first step. This message appear when i was trying to install

it seems like you are using an old version of PHP. Please upgrade it at least to PHP 7.1. Recommended version is PHP 7.3.
