Hello,
in new EspoCRM v.5.7.0. SMTP settings are not supported in Preferences. You should configure SMTP in the Personal Email Account.

Maximus, I can still the SMTP Setting in PReferences for my account and all old ID can access the same. Any suggestions on this?
