I tried to use those things but no luck. It says 500 Connection timeout.

even their subfiles and subdirectories or files?

because it's already on mentioned permission but no luck.

I got Error 500:TImed out when test connection. Please see the screenshot on how I input the Amazon SES for my Outbound Mail Account

It seems like it's a problem of your email provider. Please check email client settings.

ANother error:

On my admin account, Test mail and sending email is OK.

BUt, when my user account used it with correct Amazon SES. It says error 500.

Please check a log file located at /data/logs/*.log to get error details.
