Blank Screen with Footer on Fresh Install - Client denied by server configuration?

Attempted a new installation on my Apache host, installation seemed to go just fine. However, the front page has no content other than the footer.

Server error logs show a number of problems trying to load things in from the /client/ folder which I'm assuming are causing the problem. There's more than this, but they're all more or less the same:

There looks to be 14 errors every time I try to access the page. (I've *''d out last few IP numbers above, but they're referencing my home IP address if that matters.)

The files are definitely there, folder permissions are 755 with the files themselves 644,

Browser console shows 'could not load file' errors for the same (screenshot attached.)

Any idea what's going on here or what to try to fix the issue? Any help much appreciated.

Hello,
perhaps there is some module in apache that restricts .tpl files loading. Or even your browser using some extension that blocks .tpl files.
I have tried to open http://www.lipidanalytical.ca/ page, and it was loaded w/o any problems.

When I have checked the http://www.lipidanalytical.ca/ page I didn't find a copyright "© 2019 EspoCRM" in a footer. According to the EspoCRM using license policy this footer should be, and it shouldn't be deleted or changed.
