403 Forbidden: Missing data/log folder

    403 Forbidden: Missing data/log folder

    I just installed EspoCRM 5.6.11. The installation went through smoothly. I am trying to import a few csv records, but I got the Error 403: Forbidden message after mapping the fields. I check all my permissions and they are correct. However, I noticed that EspoCRM/data does not have a log file or folder. The only two folders are upload and cache.
    1. Why isn't the log folder present?
    2. How do I resolve the 403 Forbidden error? (It is on AWS, not on any shared hosting).

    Hello,
    1. The data/logs directory doesn't exist cause there wasn't an error on the EspoCRM side.
    2. I suppoese that the error 403 was returned by AWS. Contact it's customer support service.
