What in the Espo error log? Try to check error. Press F12 in your browser, switch to the 'network' tab and try to call this error. Red records are errors. After, switch to the 'console' tab and see errors records there.

Sorry for a delay. In <ESPOCRM_DIRECTORY>/data/logs/ there is no logs for the upgrade date
