Downgrade?

Hi,
apparently I have upgraded a few steps too far. My database won't load. Contacts, properties, requests, leads... they won't load. I upgraded in steps from 4.8.4 to 5.3.6

Two questions:

1. Could it be something else than wrong version? This is what I'm working with:

Apache

2.2.34

PHP

7.0.31

MySQL

5.6.41-84.1

Perl

5.26.0

2. If I need to downgrade, what is the procedure to do so?

Hi,

There is no easy possibility to downgrade unless you made a backup. I recommend to figure out why it doesn't load. Check espocrm data/log, check apache error log, maybe permissions issue?
