Can't view emails

Hi guys,

I have version 2.9.2 installed and its great and easy to use. Also, I have configured inbound and outbound emails and it works fine and looks like on the image below:



The issue is under Email tab when I click on an email it won't open and the area below main menu is totally empty like here:


Please advise what should I do to fix that?

Hi

Never encountered such issue. Can you look into console (F12 in browser) and check what javascript errors occur.

Can you check if this file 'detail.tpl' exists? If exists check if it's accessible (file permissions). The same for other files.

I have moved to another hosting and everything works fine, no errors mentioned above.
