Get error when migration

Hello,

I had to migrate from another hosting provider, now I use asphostportal for my hosting provider. For migration, I do these steps:

1. Add to Winrar all the files located in C: /Bitnami/Espocrm-5.3.6-0
2. Install the Bitnami software EspoCRM-5.3.6-0 on the new server
3. Replace the new folder C: /Bitnami/espocrm-5.3.6-0 by espocrm-5.1.2-0

Now I have an error, it does not start and I'm afraid of losing all the data or not being able to use them again.
