URGENT - Calendar no longer working

Upgraded last night and calandar is no longer available, checking the logs i get the response

SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1066 Not unique table/alias: 'usersMiddle'

we still have access to all other tabs so can work around it however would like to get everything functional soon as some staff rely on this.

Will be fixed in the next release. It happens if read access = 'own'.
