ERROR 500 : Permission denaid: data/cache/advanced

Hello,

Following errors i am getting while using ESPOCRM.
1. ERROR 500 : Permission denaid: unable to create a folder on the server - data/cache/advanced
2. 500 error while rebuild the database & Clear cach.
3. Not able to Export the data to excel.

Please help..

I am using a Mac computer now. so whenever I am trying to use ESPOCRM, it is not giving me a permission to access. I am getting an error 500. I have checked the above-mentioned link but I didn't get it properly. so may I know any proper way to solve this issue?

I have been using a Mac computer for last six months. However when I am going to use the ESPOCRM, it shows an error 500. I have also tried to follow the link mentioned above. so is there any solution to fix this error??

Hello,
if you get 500 error - check apache error log first. Also you can check espocrm log (data/logs)
