Step by step configuration of Receiving email in scrm

Dear Forum members, Who can make a step by step document how to install and activate the receiving of email from a gmail account? I have tried everything but nothing will work. Outgoing email works fine! Regards,

Found nothing on Documentation... is there any instruction on how to configure outbound and inbound e-mail?
