Contacts and Accounts import from 1 file

Hello
I have CSV file where contacts associated with companies (accounts) and I need too import both of them in the same time. How to do this. I see there is separately import for Accounts and Contacts and there will a lot of hand work to associate them. Is there any way to fix it?

Try to import Accounts from this file at first.
After that import Contacts from the same file. In Field Mapping select accountName field for your header row, where are set a company name. If you have Company Id in file, it would be better. But contact will be assign to company even by name matching

This used to work, but we just tried it with a set of tradeshow leads and in the lastest build it seems not to be matching.
I also tried update only and that isn't working either.
