Hangups uploading from 4.5.1 to 4.6

I always do the upgrade and never have any problems. But from 4.5.1 to 4.6 the upgrade page freeze in uploading file for ever, and never starts the upgrade process.

The server is fast, and php-uploading files is not a problem as i tested in sending an email from espocrm interface for 20 megas.

Where can i start to debug the problem ?

Check espocrm log, apache error log and check console in browser

Thanks .. After debugin i check that as my domain is pointing to cloudfare+modsecurity, the browser cant upload this file i dont know why...

I fixed it pointing the domain in my pc directly configuration hosts inside windows folder, it upgraded nice again. Thanks !!
