AJAX FAILED during install V 4.5.0

I have read all of the posts here about this issue, but no one has a definitive answer on how to fix this. I have spoken to the VPS host and they cannot figure out why this is happening. I have tried just about everything to fix this and still nothing. PLEASE HELP

Check log files (data/logs).
Looks like bad permissions (I saw, you wrote permissions are correct). But check it again

Check permissions again, even went as far as setting all to 777 and still the same ajax failed error. There has to be a fix or work around to this. I would hate to scrap this CRM as it looks very promising. Any other suggestions you can make? Thank you!!!

What about apache error log and espocrm logs?

I figured it out. It seems to be an issue with Chrome browser not loading the ajax during install. I did the install via safari and everything went smoothly.
