API Error

Hello
I have a problem during installation Espo - the error is:
API Error: EspoCRM API unavailable.
Possible problems: RewriteBase required, disabled "mod_rewrite" in Apache server or .htaccess support.

i've try to change the # RewriteBase / to RewriteBase /api/v1/ but stll have the same error.

Do you have enabled "mod_rewrite" and .htaccess support?

htaccess probably is working (i have Concrete5 site with friendly links on - using htaccess).
But im not sure "mod_rewrite" is working - I've tried to run phpinfo(); and there is nothing about "mod_rewrite".

If you added "RewriteEngine On" to .htaccess and got Internal Server Error, it's disabled mod_rewrite module. Please enable this module.
