problem with export contacts

I have a problem with option to export contacts, export does not work. Choosing contacts to export rather than create a file opens a new card with the address:

file exists on the server after downloading from the server and add the extension .csv file works
how to make it work in a web browser with the level of crm?

I don't know. Something seems to be configured wrong in your server environment. You can try to debug it.

This is a file you can look into. It should be executed. If it's not then it means the problem is above.
