Need help with installation

Hello, Installed the product on my domain - www.dxneeds.com/espo

When I invoke the link, it is not showing anything except copy right and Favicon. Appreciate your help in resolving this issue

I checked for .htaccess in root folder - it is not there
.htaccess is in the espo folder. I renamed it and tried, but still the same problem.

I hit F12 and here is what I notice:

Maybe your server doesn't allow tpl files

Something like

<FilesMatch "\.tpl$">
  Order deny,allow
  Allow from all
</FilesMatch> 

I'm not a speciallist in this area.
