Cannot upgrade via the UI as adminUpgrade is not enabled

Hi.
What does the update package contain that prevents version 10.0.0 from being upgraded to 10.0.0.1 via the UI?
"Cannot upgrade via the UI as adminUpgrade is not enabled."
The same thing happens when I try to upgrade to version 10.0.0.2.

You need to add in data/config-internal.php:

'adminUpgrade' => true,

But it's more secure to leave it false, and use CLI for upgrade.
