cron not working even when started manually

Just fuond the solution (it was a littel bit tricky): The last update of PHP left some files in old versions. No problem for ESPO to run, but very few scripts including the cron stopped working. Fixing the PHP-update solved this problem. I found out in the windows-logs which had an error every time the cron was started...
