Hi, we got two questions about upgrading the Advanced Package:
- Last year, we have tried twice to upgrade the advanced package for one of our EspoCRM instances, after which both times unfortunately the triggers of "After record update" flowcharts did not function anymore. We have investigated a bit, and we saw that in Advanced Package 3.10.0, new indexes are introduced on the BpmmProcess table. For our instance, this table has a lot of records, so we thought potentially this could time out, but we did not get any notification of this during install, it showed as successful. Would there be an idea of why the triggers do not work anymore? We have reverted back to v3.4.3 and then all worked normally again.
- Last week, we have upgraded the instance to the latest EspoCRM version (v9.3.4). With the advanced package we are still on v3.4.3. After the upgrade of EspoCRM, we experienced a problem with the "Send message task" in the flowchart, it did not work correctly anymore, it showed the following error: "Class "Laminas\Mail\Message" not found". Changing this task to formula script worked. Could it be that this is related to the "mismatch" between EspoCRM version and the Advanced Package version? If so, up until which version of the Advanced Package should we upgrade to not receive this error anymore?
