Hi everyone,
After updating my EspoCRM instance to version 9.2.5, I am no longer able to create new Tickets.
When I go to Service → Cases → Create, the ticket creation popup/page appears, but all fields are completely empty.
I tested further, and I noticed:
✔ With the Admin account everything works normally
✖ With normal user roles the Ticket form is empty
This makes it look like a permissions/ACL issue, but I don’t know where to check or what changed since the update.
I already tried:
Nothing changed — non-admin users still see a blank Ticket creation form.
Where can I check permissions for Ticket fields/layouts, and what should I adjust to fix this?
Is this a known issue in 9.2.5 regarding roles or field-level permissions?
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks.

I already tried:
- Clearing cache (Administration → Clear Cache)
- Rebuild (Administration → Rebuild)
- Clearing browser cache
- Testing different browsers
- Checking roles & access control
- Testing with another non-admin user
