After update to ESPOCRM 9.2.5, Ticket creation form is empty (no fields shown)

    Hi everyone,

After updating my EspoCRM instance to version 9.2.5, I am no longer able to create new Tickets.
When I go to Service → Cases → Create, the ticket creation popup/page appears, but all fields are completely empty.

I tested further, and I noticed:

With the Admin account everything works normally
With normal user roles the Ticket form is empty
This makes it look like a permissions/ACL issue, but I don’t know where to check or what changed since the update.

    I already tried:
    • Clearing cache (Administration → Clear Cache)
    • Rebuild (Administration → Rebuild)
    • Clearing browser cache
    • Testing different browsers
    • Checking roles & access control
    • Testing with another non-admin user

Nothing changed — non-admin users still see a blank Ticket creation form.

Where can I check permissions for Ticket fields/layouts, and what should I adjust to fix this?
Is this a known issue in 9.2.5 regarding roles or field-level permissions?

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks.

    The issue is resolved.
It turned out to be a permission setting applied to a group instead of the specific user, which caused the empty Ticket form for non-admin accounts. After correcting the group permissions, everything works normally again.

    Thanks for the help!
